NOTES ON MIXING:
- For accurate mixing, use scales to weigh powder.
- Always use fresh potable water for mixing milk replacer solution.
- Add powder to water (38°- 45°c) using wire whisk to mix thoroughly.
- Mix only enough for one feeding at a time.
- Wash rinse and sanitize utensils thoroughly after every feeding.

NOTE
- For large frame calves, add a third feeding.
- During COLD weather when environmental temps drop below 4°c for prolonged periods, increase the amount fed daily by up to 50% by providing a THIRD daily feeding of milk replacer solution in addition.

NOTES ON FEEDING COLOSTRUM
- Feed 4 – 6 litres of good quality colostrum within 8 hours of birth
- Continue feeding transition milk for up to 3 days OR switch to Wet Nurse™ 21-14-14 milk replacer solution
